Great question! Undo Sitting Stiffness looks at how your whole body responds to sitting. Think hips, spine, legs... basically everything that locks up after hours at a desk. Undo the Hunch zooms in on your neck, shoulders, and upper back, the classic “tech neck” and “curled in” posture area.
Not at all. These classes are designed for real humans, not yoga contortionists. You’ll get practical, doable options no matter where you're at.
