Payments

Payments are made through Stripe or Bank Transfer by you. We don't hold your account details on file. 

If we are unable to provide the service sold to you, we will refund you as soon as we can.

There are no refunds for change of mind on purchases.

Refunds of monies paid are only possible in extenuating circumstances where it is unreasonable for you to attend the sessions. These refunds will incur a small fee of up to 5% as Nezfit pays processing fees on your behalf for each payment. 

Health, Safety & Participation in Exercise

It is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any injuries, illnesses or changes in medication before the session commences. 

Nezfit strongly suggests that before you undertake any activity that you should first undergo a wide-ranging and complete physical examination from a registered medical practitioner, to ensure that you are fit and able to commence your exercise program. You should advise your medical practitioner that the exercise program includes weight training, aerobic and anaerobic exercise over prolonged periods of time.

You acknowledge that engaging in physical activity may lead to serious or disabling injury, and even death. You understand that all activities are optional, and you may stop at any time. You release Nezfit from any liability for any injury, which you may suffer whilst participating in activities with Nezfit. You assume with full knowledge the dangers in your participation in fitness activities and do so at your own risk.
